Return and Exchange Policy:

• Return and exchange are guaranteed rights for all our customers and apply to all products offered in our store.
• All products displayed in our store are subject to the return and exchange policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
• Returns or exchanges are allowed only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and packaged in its original wrapping.
• Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
• Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
• Please take a photo of the product and send it along with specifying the city, address, and order number to exchange it for another product if the product is defective, damaged, or not as agreed upon.
• A full refund will be issued if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website’s product page.
• We are not responsible for any customer expectations of product use that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.
• A deduction of 30% or an amount not less than 10$ will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it has no defect or any notable problem.
